Closing Event Announced!!!

On July 13 from 9 pm–12 am, the AAJ 2011 Annual Convention will be putting the final touches on its New York celebration in style at the grand venue Edison Ballroom. Come enjoy an evening networking with all the new colleagues you’ve met at the convention, dance to New York City’s electrifying band Kinky Spigots and the Welders, and lift your champagne and martini glasses to toast the successful completion of the AAJ 2011 New York City Annual Convention.

Edison Ballroom’s unique Art Deco setting has a long history of hosting famous entertainers such as Bob Dylan, Branford Marsalis, Count Basie, Jon Bon Jovi, and Tony Bennett, to name a few. It was also once the setting of famous bands and singers from the Swing Era before converting to the theatre that produced 5,959 performances of “Oh! Calcutta!”

Step right off the neon-lit sidewalk of West 47th Street in Times Square and experience an evening filled with glamour and style. It will be a story worth telling your friends about.

This event is black tie optional
